Simply Elegant Cocktail Packages

Portion Recommendations

All menus require a minimum of 25 guests. If you have less than 25 guests, a custom menu will be created. Food is purchased as a per piece count. With any menu we create, there is a standard portion for each food item. We recommend the following food consumption portions: Light cocktail party: 3 to 5 pieces / Medium cocktail party: 5 to 8 pieces / Full meal cocktail party: 8 to 15 pieces. Dinner style parties require 18 to 25 pieces per person. Please note that with any event – we do not know your guest. You will need to make the final decision on food consumption.
